We value open and effective communication between families and teachers. Our teachers are committed to responding to messages within 48 business hours.
To support a healthy work-life balance and ensure teachers are able to provide the best learning experience for students, they are not required to respond to messages outside of their regular working hours. Messages sent in the evening, on weekends, or during school holidays will be addressed within 48 business hours of the next working day.
