Assessment

At Gilbert Inglefield Academy, we have planned the knowledge and skills that children learn over time. This information can be found in our curriculum maps on our website (What We Learn).

 Teachers will make judgements on how securely children understand and can demonstrate the knowledge and skills they have been taught.
Teachers will then apply one of four assessment grades, based on the evidence shown in lessons. This evidence might be shown in books, in discussions or in practical activities.
